The Cary M. Maguire Lecture in Applied Ethics
This Lecture took place on September 24, 2012 at The American College and was entitled “Open Secrets: Transparency or Financial Disaster, Which Do You Want?”. Dr. Anthony Catanach, the Cary M. Maguire Fellow, delivered a stimulating presentation highlighting the looming threats being created through current economic policy and deregulation, such as the JOBs Act, which was intended to ease small businesses’ access to the capital markets.
